About Nancy

Nancy Shokohi, a REALTOR®/Broker Associate and licensed attorney with more than 25 years of real property sales and trial/litigation experience can serve all of your real estate needs. Nancy is a member of the San Luis Obispo County Association of REALTORS® as well as both the National and California Association of REALTORS®. She is also an active member of the San Luis Obispo County and California State Bar Associations.

Nancy is very involved with the community and regularly contributes to multiple non-profits in numerous capacities. She is a former Board member of the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo, Festival Mosaic (formally known as Mozart Festival) and the Advisory Board for Cal Poly’s Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta.

She has provided pro bono legal services to the Women's Shelter in San Luis Obispo as well as to the local chapter of Court Appointed Special Advocate program for abused and neglected children (CASA) and California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA). Through her religious affiliation, Nancy continues to serve on the Faith in Action Ministry, which provides and serves meals at the local homeless shelter. Nancy is also a member of the Realtor's Circle of the local chapter of Big Brother's Big Sister's, by contributing a portion of her commissions to that non-profit and being involved in the organization's success.
